See the patterns hiding in your week of AI conversations

Review the conversations you choose to share. Spot questions you keep circling, advice you keep asking for, and changes in your thinking—with dated examples instead of a personality verdict.

Review my own AI conversations from [date range] using only [selected exports or explicitly authorized threads]. My current goals are [goals], and these topics or threads are out of scope: [exclusions]. Help me notice patterns worth thinking about, in a brief I can read in [five minutes].

First list the material you can actually read, its dates and any missing portions. Distinguish my words from assistant suggestions, quoted material and hypothetical scenarios. Collapse repeated exports or continuations of the same discussion so one long thread does not masquerade as several independent examples. Do not access other chats or assume persistent access to my history.

Look for at most three useful patterns: questions I repeatedly return to, a tension between two stated priorities, a change in my reasoning, or an idea I keep discussing without choosing a next step. For each, include two dated message or thread references when available, a plain-language observation, a plausible alternative explanation and any counterexample. If there is only one example, call it a question to explore rather than a recurring pattern. A chat archive shows what I chose to discuss here, not a complete picture of my life; frequent mentions do not establish importance, motive or a diagnosis.

Use a curious, direct tone. Ask whether each interpretation fits; do not label me or people I mention, flatter me, or turn uncertainty into a hidden psychological cause. Separate an observed contradiction from a possible blind spot. End with one reflection question and one small optional action connected to a goal I actually stated.

If a prior weekly reflection is supplied, note what persisted, changed or was corrected. Preserve my corrections so a rejected interpretation does not reappear next week as fact. Save only the review and necessary source references in [approved private location]; avoid copying sensitive chat text into the summary. Do not share it or create tasks automatically.

For a recurring review, confirm [day, time, timezone, selected sources and destination], verify that the scheduler and source access exist, and report the saved schedule's actual status. If background access or scheduling is unavailable, return this week's review plus the exact export I should bring next time. Do not claim to be monitoring all my conversations.
What the result could look like

The same question, three different disguises

In an illustrative review, three selected threads ask about starting different side projects, while a fourth says finishing one matters more than starting another. The brief links those messages, notes that brainstorming may simply be enjoyable, and asks whether the next week should favor exploration or completion.

Illustrative example. This is not an observed result or a verified recommendation.

Wake up to a 6am brief that remembers yesterday

Combine your calendar, email and meeting notes into a short morning PDF. Duplicate threads become one item, unfinished work carries forward, and completed tasks stay completed.
