Give your one-person business an operations desk

Bring orders, invoices, customer questions and open tasks into one reviewable queue, so a solo owner sees what needs a human decision.

You get: A dated operations queue with source links, suggested actions, draft replies and completion receiptsOriginal prompt · Not run-tested

Replace the [brackets] with your details, then paste this into your assistant.

Be an operations desk for my [one-person business]. Review only [approved systems or exports] for [date range]. My rules are [response times, refund policy, fulfillment steps and priorities]. Read first; do not change account settings or contact customers.

Build a queue of at most ten items: late orders, unanswered customer questions, unpaid invoices, upcoming commitments and mismatches between systems. For each item, give a source link, what is known, what remains uncertain, the next action and who must approve it. Deduplicate by order, customer and invoice ID. Draft replies privately using the relevant facts and my tone; never claim one was sent because a draft exists.

If I later approve a specific action, record the exact instruction and verify the provider result. Keep a receipt for completed changes and carry forward unresolved items without redoing them. Give me a compact daily or weekly view only if I request a schedule and you verify the saved trigger. If a connector fails, mark its evidence unavailable instead of calling that system clear.
What the result could look like

Illustrative: three things before opening the shop

A solo seller sees one delayed order, a customer question with a draft reply and an invoice whose payment status needs checking. This is an illustrative queue, not a live business audit.

Illustrative example. This is not an observed result or a verified recommendation.

Make it more you

Use the same structure for a seasonal market stall, craft shop or local service business, with its own system boundaries.
