Replace the [brackets] with your details, then paste this into your assistant.

Run a small influencer outreach desk for [brand and product]. The campaign goal is [goal], the audience is [audience], and the creator criteria and exclusions are [criteria]. Our budget range and proposed offer are [details]. These product claims are supported: [claims and evidence]. Use only these accounts and channels: [authorized accounts].

Research five to eight relevant creators using public sources and available browser or computer-use tools. For each, record the profile, evidence-backed reason for fit, one specific relevant content reference with a link, and a public business contact route. Do not guess email addresses, invent audience demographics or assume a creator accepts the offer. Check the existing outreach ledger for prior contact, declines and opt-outs.

Draft a concise individual pitch grounded in that creator’s actual work. Identify the brand and commercial purpose plainly, describe the proposed collaboration accurately, and end with one easy question. Do not fabricate familiarity, product results, testimonials or guaranteed payment terms.

Present one approval batch containing each exact recipient, channel, sending account and complete message. Ask me to approve the batch or specific rows once. After approval, use an available authorized connector or browser to send only those approved messages. A changed recipient, channel or substantive message needs new approval. If sending is unsupported or access fails, keep the row as a draft or blocked; do not claim it was sent.

Maintain an editable ledger with creator, source links, fit, recipient, approved message, approval status, attempt time and observed result. Verify the interface or provider’s submitted/sent state when possible; distinguish that from delivery, reading or a reply. Do not retry an ambiguous send until checking for duplicates. Honor declines and opt-outs. Do not evade platform limits, spend money, make commitments or send follow-ups unless separately approved.
What the result could look like

A small batch that sounds like you did the homework

An illustrative desk could shortlist six creators, tie each pitch to a relevant recent post and show the exact proposed messages together. After batch approval, the ledger would distinguish drafts, confirmed send states and attempts whose outcome could not be verified. No campaign results are implied.

Illustrative example. This is not an observed result or a verified recommendation.
