Get an alert when the price really drops

Watch an exact item instead of chasing sale badges. Your agent keeps a price history, checks the seller and total checkout cost, and flags only offers that meet your rules.

You get: A dated all-in price history and a verified buy-or-wait alertOriginal prompt · Not run-tested

Replace the [brackets] with your details, then paste this into your assistant.

Watch these [one to three exact products and links] until [end date]. Required model, variant, size, capacity and condition: [requirements]. Acceptable sellers and exclusions: [rules]. Delivery region and currency: [region and currency]. My maximum all-in cost is [amount], and a worthwhile drop means [amount or percentage] below [my starting baseline or the lowest total you have actually observed]. Check at most [once per day].

First verify the product identity and seller on the actual listing, using the manufacturer’s model information where needed. Record variant, condition, stock status, seller, direct URL, timestamp and displayed currency. Do not substitute an accessory, different capacity, used item or membership price unless I explicitly permit it. A search snippet, affiliate roundup or sale badge is not enough to confirm an available offer.

Create a dated price-history table in [approved private location]. Track item price, delivery, mandatory fees, taxes or clearly marked tax estimates, coupon eligibility, membership costs and the resulting all-in total. Keep confirmed and estimated totals distinguishable. Do not enter personal payment information or proceed through checkout to discover a missing cost; label the gap and tell me how to verify it. Compare the same quantity, currency, condition and included items. A crossed-out reference price is not my price history.

On each run, load the existing history before researching and append the observation. Recheck the live seller listing before alerting. Alert only when the qualifying item meets my total-price rules and is shown available to my region; if eligibility or costs cannot be verified, put it in an unverified-candidate section instead. Say lowest observed since [first observation date] when that is what the evidence supports, never lowest ever. Do not claim savings against an unverified list price. Deduplicate repeat alerts for the same offer and explain material changes.

Return the current best verified offer, its total with assumptions, the price-history comparison, and a buy-or-wait recommendation tied to my threshold and deadline. Never create urgency from an unsupported stock counter. If nothing qualifies, keep the ledger current and follow [stay quiet or send a weekly summary].

Before enabling the watch, confirm the products, cadence, timezone, end date, alert destination and permission to use the selected persistent store. Verify the saved schedule and report any missing browsing, storage or notification capability. If these are unavailable, deliver the first comparison plus a manual recheck prompt; do not imply monitoring is running. Do not purchase, reserve stock, subscribe to a retailer or contact a seller.
What the result could look like

Illustrative: the discount disappears at checkout

A hypothetical offer drops from $180 to $160 but adds $25 in mandatory shipping. The watch records an all-in increase rather than a $20 saving. A later offer at $165 delivered could qualify against the user’s documented baseline, with taxes and eligibility stated. These figures illustrate the logic only.

Illustrative example. This is not an observed result or a verified recommendation.

Make it more you

Watch a refurbished item or a bundle, but maintain a separate baseline for each condition and bundle so unlike offers do not masquerade as price drops.
